I am voting for paul his ideas on economy govt foreign policy are the best of all the candidates - I wish he wasnt so intelligent and didnt come off as a kook to some people -I remember in college the the smartest guys werent always the most popular socially - paul comes across to me as sincere and honest -where as guys like romney giuliani thompson may look the part but come across as very insincere to me.their records say as much . been there ,done that ,wont do it again . I am voting ron paul no matter what happens .I refuse to waste my vote for the status quo where we get a little token gift from our representatives while special interests take the cake-this time around I think the gift is healthcare but I have to wonder at what cost ?

He's an anarcho-capitalist. In the 80s he ran for president under the Libertarian party, about as far right as you can go. Basically, he wants to collapse the executive cabinet along with a bunch of other departments. He will obliterate our entire political structure. What I do like, despite his stance on the extreme right of the political specturm, is that he opposes a lot of the neocons. He's against the war, and he really doesn't like Bush. It's good to see some variety in a Republican party full of drones.

The problem with Ron Paul is that he is to good for this country. He is trying to teach principles of the Constitution to people who don't understand the Golden Rule principle. I don't like that he has given me hope in a hopeless world. I wish Ron Paul would go back to 1776 when people were honest and had integrity.

ha ha anyone who says he is not a true republican probably didn't get past the 8th grade to learn about history and both parties.

He is the conservative wet dream are you kidding me. the only thing that you could say is " oh i want to stay in Iraq, that's why i wont vote for him"

You need a history lesson on what the CIA and our government has done in the middle east, it will amaze you. I love this country and its founders, but we are not the great all moral country that you think we are.

I support Ron Paul and my only gripe is that he is too good for this country and we will have to be utterly destroyed as a country before people wake up. There are times that I feel like giving up when confronted with the truth that this country is 90% populated by *ignorant idiots* who don't have a friggin clue what they are talking about and don't care about a damn thing except what HD TV to buy with their next tax return.
Ron Paul is too good for this country and no one wants to admit that we need help. Let's just keep our blinders on and ignore the fact that our country is collapsing around us and by the time they realize it, it will be too late.

I don't like that he thinks we can be isolationists in this world atmosphere. I think he's nuts for wanting to dismantle the CIA on top of it. He seems like a nice enough guy, but he is way too naive about foreign affairs to head up the White House. When it comes to foreign policy he's a nutjob. Come to think of it, he's not too realistic about domestic policy either. He doesn't stand a chance in Hades of being President.

Charles Austin Beard once said "nothing will get you a quicker reputation as being a dangerous citizen these days is to go around repeating the same phrases that our founding fathers used in the struggle for Independence."

i can't believe how goofy these people are -- too lazy to find out about him -- hes the most conservative of all the candidates. i am a screaming liberal (elite and proud of it) so i won't vote for him but hes the only actual conservative --- the rest are tricihnoisis infested swine.

if i were a conservative i would undestand the issues and vote for ron paul. duh. idiots. with a country this stupid you know how the government gets to be so messed up.
