Southern Chile.

While "fjord" is a Norwegian word, Norway is not the only place with fjords, for example Alaska have "Kenai Fjords National Park". The Norwegian fjord areas doesn't have much flood plains, so Southern Chile or parts of the Alaska/Canadian west coast, or possibly New Zealand are probably better examples.
