I am 5,1 i just want know how to Jump higher! Without ankle or any kinds of weights! And please tell me how much to do per day and how long will it take and how high will i be able to JUMP WITH THAT EXERSICE! Please don't ask why i want to jump higher ok!! Thanks

I can't tell you how long it will take but. If you can find a high area where you can tie a tether ball about 4 inches above a flat foot arm up reach. then jump up and swat it. then keep raising it an inch til you can't swat it. keep jumping til you swat it working at it maybe twice a day until you can. When you do swat it do it several days before raising it again.
See if you can find some big sponge stuff to land in and do i high bar jump first setting it low and as you get better raise the bar. Your school may have a set up like this for high bar event check with the school coach to see if you can use it
