D.C. comics include Batman, Superman, Flash etc. Marvel includes Spiderman, Ironman, Wolverine etc.

Ah, the age old question.
The answer - DC's characters - my preference.
In the DC vs Marvel Comics or Marvel Comics vs DC 1996 comic book limited series intercompany crossover between DC Comics and Marvel there is some ambiguity as to who won - Marvel heroes received more fan votes, but then it was decided in the "Amalgam" books - call it a tie (neither company wanting to look bad).

i prefer Marvel but i'd say D.C. they both have heroes with pretty much the same powers but there are more in D.C
