Don't be such a cheap skate. Buy yourself a new razor. That's your problem. The old razor is dull. Your practically yanking them out before your slicing the hair off. Shaving with the grain so to speak is easier but you don't cut as close.

I prefer waxing because it lasts a long time, and I don't have the problem with stubble. Also, the results are smoother and the second hair won’t grow back as quickly as shaving.

No. I think this is dangerous! You may cut yourself with the blade! I think trimming is better...
