Hi folks. I'm writing about my summer vacation in Hawaii for Spanish class.I want to say the burger I had was good. Do I use estuvo or fue?

fue.......you use the past tense of ser (fue) to point out a specific place in time ( in this case one specific point in time in the past.....estuvo is the past tense of estar which generally is used to show location...you do not want to indicate location in your example so why use estuvo....if you wanted to say the hamburger was in Hawaii, then use estuvo
