Of course I do, and everyone should find happiness in little things too. Like, for example, when I have a great dream about a guy I like, or when I eat my favorite chocolate. Whenever I hear my favorite song, I'm happy. I like it when I receive a friendly hug, when I help someone...

A few years back, I almost lost my life, and did lose all my worldly possessions - house and all.
It was then that I began to see that the little things are in fact the big things, the supposed little things in life are what really matter.
You cannot put a price on a new sunrise, the ability to be able to drink a glass of water, to still be able to move your legs and walk. These things are the important things.

yes , i find happiness in the smallest of things, there is a lot of unhappiness in the world, and for some time i worried about everything, but lately i have discovered that if you fill your life with positive thoughts, that the world looks like a different place. now when i get up in the morning , just to hear the birds sing, to watch our adopted cat eating her breakfast, and after wards washing herself, and then lying in the sun, makes me happy, i love to go to the park with my grandchildren, and see the joy on their faces while they run about and have fun, sometimes i join in with them and i have a go on the swings,i think back to my own childhood, and i remember that at an early age , i had to grow up very quick mentally, and missed out on the normal things that children do, so to get this chance to live young again with my grandchildren, makes me appreciate all the little things that happen in my life now.

Yes,it is the key to live by.We must appreciate the little things in our lives,or they're importance will leave you 'off balance'.I will admit as you get older that is what there is too hold on too.You can also find happiness in the big events in your life, its not a sin!!But always remember those things can and will lead you astray.....into wanting more, more, more. So my answer is yes...take pleasure in the little things in life.

Its sometimes the most bizarre things. I used to live on a through road with terraced houses either side so it was invariably busy at all times of day...one day I was putting the rubbish out and the whole street was quiet except for some one playing a flute from a window. Pure bliss.

LOL @ Lisa T's post. To answer you question, a majority of my happiness comes from the little things in life. If you can't enjoy the small things in life, you're depriving yourself.

Definitely, like driving to work one very early morning and saw the sunrise..at that point, I just wanted to stop my car, call my workplace and tell them to sod the job. I am watching the sunrise.
Aonther time, a bee was buzzing round me as I was drinking mango juice, put a drop on the table and the bee immediately flew there and started drinking it.. little joys in life..

I do, and I even remind myself to do so. If it can be the little things that aggravate us more than the big things, why can't we learn that the little things can also make us happy in between the big things that make us happy?
