Acomplia is the best working pill for me.
Phentermine was also ok. Were pretty good results. I have switched to Acomplia since it is hard to get good Phentermine these days + side effects of phentermine. Also It shows much better results. been taking it for 2 months now. Ordered from this site - http://www.1rx.biz/generic_acomplia.html . Took 10 days to receive the stuff.
"Acomplia (Rimonabant) is an anorectic anti obesity drug. It is a CB1 cannabinoid receptor antagonist. Rimonabant has been found to stop food craving enough to help people lose weight, and could also help curb other unhealthy urges, such as smoking.
This is a non-control weightloss solution that in one study, helped people who were overweight drop an average of 20 pounds, and was found to be very useful for patients who suffer from obesity. "

Yes, they will give you a boost, but usually they will have unpleasant side effects, that are usually what helps you with the weight loss in the first place. The most common of those is diarrhea, because many work by partially blocking fat absorption- and if it's not absorbed, it needs to come out somehow. Herbal mixes and pills on the other hand, tend to act as a diuretic- you'll be running to the toilet every ten minutes to pee- this is especially true for teas, though I think a big part of that might be the sharp increase in the amount of liquids you take in. In any case, you really shouldn't use them unless you are extremely obese and are willing to suffer to decrease your health risk a bit, because the results may be extremely embarrassing, disruptive, and generally bad for your body. On the other hand, you might want to get a cleanse kit from a local health products store- their mixes tend to be less harmful, and if you do a cleanse before a diet, your intestines will work better, and you'll feel better and have more energy. If you do that, consult the store manager to see if you can talk to someone that tried that particular cleanse kit before, for tips on that particular kit.

These days there are way too many diet pills in the market that it is easy to be confused or totally sceptical about their effectiveness. Just remember that taking diet pills are not effective if used on their own. If you truly want to benefit fully from diet pills, you must use them as supplementary to other weight loss efforts like eating healthily and exercising.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

I like the mega green tea diet myself. It is only $10.00 USD for a big bottle and you get different herbal supplements inside of it like green tea, gurana, and chromium. The fat burning pills are nice if you are going walking, cleaning up, or just exercising in general because they make you sweat more. At least those are the results I get from the fat burning pills.

They do not work.I have tried more than 10 brands.Donot waste money.Once fat has developed in your body it can be eleminated by exercise only.Eat less and do moderate exercise.I had tried weight reducing pills for 10 months without any result.Anatrim is a hoax.
After that i reduced eating and started execise for 30 minutes perday and 3 months reduced 4 kilograms!!.I just simply reduced intake of carbo, cut sugar and sweets and took only vegetarian food.It may work for you also.

I have tried everything - they all seem to be cons.
Appetite suppressants do work a bit, but it depends why you're over eating. If it's comfort food or habit, rather than not feeling full, they won't help either.
I wasted a fortune on pure Hoodia a while go. They made me ill - headaches and nausea.
I would stick to common sense eating healthily and exercising. Easy words, as you would know if you could see me sat here with my jeans button undone to make it more comfy to sit at my computer!!

I am afraid none of them are likely to help with sustained weight loss. In fact statistically people who try and diet in this way have a 2 in 3 chance of ending up heavier! If any of these things worked do you really think the population would be growing inexorably heavier?
Eat less and do a lot more otherwise basically no chance!

don't touch this stuf, they're lethal..very bad for the health..
there's a natural herb called HOODIA which you can ask about in good health shops...also health shops are a good place to ask about losing weight & wight management..
I highly suggest devising a plan such as:
change of food, eg I have recently discovered the joys of eating vegetebles & how delicious they are, steamed or boiled with alittle oilve oil, lots of veggies taste great, I even cut up carrots & put them in the fridge as a snack, spinkled with lemon juice & seasoning! eating healthy is much more fun..
also, when I was loisng weight, I drank a glass of hot water every night with the juice of one lemon to wash & cleanse all the fats etc from my body, this really helped.
I cut out all choclate & only was allowed to snack on fruits,if I snacked but I ate a full meal (try to avoid frying whnever possible) & didn't hunger myself.
PS. an evening gentle jog/or fast walking maybe for 10-15 is also good to put in the plan.
I hope this is of some help.
