at times m very lazy n cant feel like doing anything in life .... n everything seem empty n meaningless

There could be many causes for a feeling of lethargy. It could be symptom of a physical problem or perhaps a psychological or spiritual cause.

Unless you know the cause, you will be treating a symptom. Treating the wrong cause could be dangerous. If you determine that you are in good health, but not physically fit, an aerobic training program can make a big difference. If you determine this is psychological or spiritual, a Jungian therapist may be able to help you.

Finding and acting on your passion in life can also make a difference.

You either have nothing you want to do: or, just as likely, you have too much to do, and therefore shut down with the overload.

I'm in the "get a hobby" crowd. Hobbies aren't "have to's", and enthusiasm is the hot ticket to happiness and progress, anyway.

Enthusiasm is from an ancient Greek word that meant "to be filled with God."

Good luck. No go out there and by that carnivorous plant you always wanted....

Get out and soak in the sun. You don't need to do high impact exercise. Just a walk around the your neighbourhood for a start. Stay away from the couch, make time off from the computer.

You need a time-consuming hobby so you can stop thinking.

If this doesn't work, time to see the psychologist.
