I just bought moorish idol. it is pretty healthy but not eating. what should i do.

It is 95 gallon reef tank and doing great. I need help in ways to feed the fish. it is simply refusing food.

Do you know how difficult these are to keep alive in captivity? They don't take well to capture and transport, and the need to have a LARGE tank to fine enough food to keep well fed. You almost need to have live foods (shrimp) and they eat sponges and algae as well. One of the major fish magazines did an article on these, but I don't recall which. You might be able to locate it, or if I find it, I'll post the name for you.
I know idols are nice looking fish, but another similar species (Heniochus: http://www.fishprofiles.com/files/profiles/654.htm ) is the only one really suited to be kept in an aquarium as the care is much easier.
ADDITION - The article was in Freshwater and Marine Aquarium, August 2007 - this might still be out in stores.

Copperhead is right, they are extremely hard to keep alive i did well with mine because my reef tank had sponges and mushroom corals taht were growing like crazy and i could feed those to him, and i was lucky enoughthat he ate frozen misis shrimp as well
notice i said lucky? try a black and white hineochus taht is easy to keep and say good bye to that beutiful idol

IT's because it's just been moved from there normal tank and they don't eat for a couple of days!!!!!(~:(~:(~:(~:(~:
