Depends on what I am thinking about, really.
I get tired of thinking about why things happen the way they do because all it seems to do is get me down.
Maybe thinking about what things I want to make happen at some point during my life is a lot better.

Yes, very much so...but in the extreme personally intimidating situation I find my self in, I must keep my mind alert, and never sleepy nor lacking of thinking should the situation become insidiously worse. Otherwise, I will become the instantly cooked proverbial goose.

Yes, specially when I feel it keeps spinning about the same issue. It is overwhelming.
I go to the movies, so I take the attention away from the problem. It works.
