What size tank? Bulbs are one of the hardiest of the anemones, but even they need to have good lighting. I've kept them in smaller tanks using just compact fluorescents (130 watts), but a lot of the success depends on the distance from the anemone to the lighting. I wouldn't try it in a deep tank, or without live rock they can climb to get closer to the lighting if needed.

Also, consider any covers (to prevent saltwater splashing) as diminishing your light intensity. Also, higher intensity lights usually comes with added heat - can you keep the water temperature below 84o (temperature at which symbiotic photosynthetic algae is expelled) on a consistent basis?

What size is your tank.
You can keep them with T5's if you have enough tubes.
Ie. 1x48"=54wats, 4x48" tubes=216wats
in a 75 gal tank (216/75=2.88wats per gal)which I would say is not good enough.
6 T5's would give you 4.48wats per gal which should be fine for a Bulb anemone.
