I am getting a 13' boston whaler and a 25hp 4-stoke honda outboard. Does anyone no how fast it should go? the boat is about 300 lbs

The 13 whaler has a built in hull speed in the last 20" of bottom of the boat so it will porpoise up and down>Around 25 mph> I had 1 fixed the bottom had a 50hp with jack plate it was crazy fast pulled 2 skiers> It's more like 450 lbs And that's if the foam isn't full of water> That's a problem they have>>???Then there real heavy>

Only a guess but with two poeple you oughta go somewhere between 25 and 30, based on my 12' almniumum with 20 hp
