Cutting of genitals does not cut out the part of the brain that likes little kids in the wrong way. This crime should be taken very seriously and not given the three strike rule or, go to jail for a couple of yrs. This country is so scared to do anything the right way, that everything gets lost in the meantime. The justice system is a joke.

I think that people who commit sexual crimes against children should be chemically castrated.
Jail is too good for these perverts. Why should they be given the luxury of having three squares a day and access to free university education? Why should they, after they have scarred an innocent mind for life?
An alternate punishment is to allow the young victim's parents to have at the molester with any weapons of their choice for fifteen minutes.
It might sound harsh, but that's what I would allow if I ran this bleeding heart country (Canada)

It depends if The acused has repented for what he or she has done or if they continue to repeat the same offence over and over again. I was molested by my next door neighbor when I was 4 or 5 years of age I'm currently 26 years old . And I remember it like it happened 10 minutes ago.One morning ona school day (I was in kindergarden at the time) I awoke to find a family members palm caressing my lil backside but before that, my 14 year old neighbor took me in the woods and had coitus with me. There are other incidents with other men as well but im not going to get into all of that for the moment. And I feel no hatred towards any of my molesters because God is Often forgiving and mostly merciful. It has scarred me ever since and its often sad to think about but God tells us to "forgive and overlook each others faults with Gracious forgiveness" One of my molesters is deceased. And if I happen to see any of my sexual abusers when I go back to my home state, I'll still greet them with no hostility because they are still my family blood or not. If I want God Almighty to forgive me for my past sins, I must show forgiveness towards others who have offended me.

i'm going to commence off by ability of asserting i do no longer think he ought to of been released so early, if in any respect. i'm something yet a bleeding heart and have confidence that anybody convicted of homicide ought to spend something of their existence in reformatory, and generally times accomplished. i be attentive to this is amazingly annoying to yet we would desire to split the two crimes, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it is a similar guy or woman. He rightly or wrongly became into enable loose on parole and given a clean id. He now, allegedly, has committed yet another serious crime. to be sure he gets a trouble-free trial he, or the crime, can't be pointed out. while and if discovered accountable he can then be pointed out and in no way enable loose of penal complex lower back.

Yes I agree. I think that sex offenders are very likely to commit the same or a similar crime that got them in trouble in the first place. I say throw them in jail and keep them there. Those poor children can't even defend themselves half the time. Sick bastards.

I disagree. They should be killed. Children are innocent and cannot protect themselves from predators. On the other hand, predators, according to psychologists, generally cannot be rehabilitated. Let's also consider that sex offenders usually abuse many, many children before they are caught, and many of their victims block out the abuse mentally to get on with their lives. This is tragic because though the victim may remove the event from his/her consciousness, the crime always exists and subconsciously ruins their relationships and their ability to attach to other people forever. If the victim gets a life sentence, then the perpetrator deserves a death sentence.

YOU ARE RIGHT, BECAUSE I THINK THAT ONCE THEY NO IT, THEY CAN DO IT AGAIN. AND THIS KIND OF THING STICKS WITH A CHILD FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES INTO ADULTHOOD, AND IT CAN AFFECT EVERY CHOICE A KID CAN MAKE.
IF A PERSON CAN COMMIT THAT KIND OF CRIME AGAINST A KID AND HARM THEM MENTALLY OR PHYSICALLY FOR LIFE, THEN I THINK THEY SHOULD SPEND THE REST OF THEIR SORRY AS$ LIVES IN JAIL.
I'M SORRY BUT I HAVE NO RESPECT OR SYMPATHY FOR A PERSON WHO CAN HARM A CHILD THAT WAY, THEY F*CKIN DISCUST ME AND THE SYSTEM ANGERS ME BECAUSE THEY WON'T GIVE THEM ANY STRONGER PUNISHMENT FOR WHAT THEY DESERVE. THEY ARE NO LONGER CONSIDERED A HUMAN BEING TO ME. I AM SPEAKING ABOUT ANY PEDAFILE OF THAT MATTER.
IN MY OPINION I TRULY DO FEEL THAT SEXUAL OFFENSES AGAINST CHILDREN ARE THE WORST KINDS OF CRIMES, I MEAN, WHAT MORE CAN I SAY.
