Give rights to all the people living in America.

Blacks were not covered in the Constitution, they were not regarded as humans, neither was the Native Americans. Blacks were regarded as 1/8 of a person for district purposes, but they were largely regarded as property. They were bought and sold and traded as stock. That is where the stock market came from, and it was not until the 14th Amendment, nearly 100 years later, did blacks get the recognition as humans.

You read the preamble of the constitution, and they say that all men are created equal. What it really meant was all white men are created equal.

I find that to be very hypocritical.
