For example, al human being charms him to be felt superior, better, faster, more intelligent, strong, astute, surpassed that the others, surpassing its adversaries, rival or competitive; nevertheless also it is spoken a lot of equality of opportunities, social justice, equity.Seems me that is somewhat paradoxical.
Know you other examples of paradoxes?

Interesting question!

If I understand you correctly, I do not see a true paradox in what you describe. Yes, all humans want to be seen as successful, but the concepts of equality of opportunities and social justice are not at odds with the human desire to be seen as better, faster, superior, etc.

Social justice and equality of opportunities are exactly that: opportunities. They seek to remove artificial or dishonest barriers to fair competition.

Are you saying that the very offering of fair opportunities is at odds with the competitive spirit, in the sense of to win at any cost? To limit the opportunities of one's competition to assure one's own chance of success? Yes, I suppose that is a paradox.

The only paradox I can think of right now is much more straightforward than yours: The more love one gives away, the more love one has.

I don't think of myself that way, and i know a lot of others who don't too.....

More paradoxes:

Omnipotency paradox, "Can God (or another omnipotent being) create a stone so heavy/large that not even He could not lift it?"

Motion paradox, "how can I move 10 feet? I must walk 5 ft before walking 10 ft. I must walk 2 1/2 feet before walking 5 ft." This goes on for eternity, and because it keeps getting smaller there is suposed to be no way >_>

Grandfather paradox, "What would happen to me if I went back in time and shot my grandfather before he helped concieved my parent."

Those are some of the main ones...

You might want to learn English a little better before trying to ask complex questions in it.

I'm not sure about what you are describing there, but it sounds more like a catch -22 then a paradox. A paradox is something that can't happen because if the effect happens, the cause cannot. Like for example, if I went back in time, and killed my own grand parent, I wouldn't be born. But If I wasn't born, then I couldn't go back in time, and kill my grand parent, but if I didn't kill my grand parent, then I would be born, so I could go back and kill my grand parent.........

A catch 22 is where an effect is it's own cause. For example, I need experience to get a job, but I need a job to get experience. So I can't get a job or experience, because I don't already have one of them.

Another catch 22 is Guys can only get laid if they have confidence, but guys only get confidence if they know they can get laid. So if you can't get laid unless you are confident, and you can't get confident unless you get laid, the only way to get laid is to be confident for no reason(arrogance), or get laid without confidence (lucky).
