My 20th Birthday! Now What?

Sooooooooooooo my 20th is around the corner. I'm not an extreme risk taker, but i will do tattoos. I love to eat...love music...I occasionally go to clubs but I'm not sure yet if that's how I'd like to spend my time...

SO lost! Can you guys suggest some nice ways to spend a great 20th birthday out in Houston?
