As far as i know we say THAT MAGAZINE IS ALL ITS RAGE,
OR ITS HOT SELLING MAGAZINE...

For books, we usually call it a best seller.

For other products, we might say "They are selling like hotcakes" or "it's all the rage" or this item is "hot." Our language is pretty colorful and there are even more ways to say something is selling real well right now, and just like products, some of them will become passe or old hat, or a variety of other terms used to describe items that aren't popular anymore.
