Anyone know why this has happened to me? I'm only 38.

Are you on any form of birth control or taking any new medications? If so that's your problem..

You could well be starting perimenopause. You need to go see your doctor to find out what is going on. Without examining you and running tests there is no way anyone can have a clue what is wrong with you.

Do you have a new female at work, in the neighborhood, a the gym that you like??
It is possible that your fermions are trying to adjust to someone elses'.
But if it has gone on too long I would see my OB.

You could be entering peri-menopause. I know lots of women that experience this. Go to your OB/GYN to have a check up. If it becomes worse there are procedures that can be done to help.

are you sexually active? Go to the doctor and see if ur pregnant. Or, maybe ur hormones are messed up from in imbalance inside your body. I suggest going to the Doc.
