asalam alikom sweety
look dear, the conditions for reading qur'an from the mus-haf is that you're pure(tahera)...and even if you're not u can read it from any book, mobile or the computer.....or reading it with wearing gloves(la yamessahu ella al motaharaoun)

as for the things u said(wudu' and hijab) it's just preferable....it's for the respect of the qur'an...but if you didn't cover ur hair it's ok......and if you lose your wudu' and u want to read the qur'an and you can't find water,it's ok to read then...

edit:
i would like to say sth for those who don't know...if you have the ability to learn tajweed and you didn't..then alayk ethm....

You do "merely" study it - your no longer merely staring at at it. Your meant to earnings Arabic in case you pick to appreciate it right or get a solid translation of it in the journey that your no longer that clever. You recite the Quran in Arabic because it is the place the actual which ability is. a brilliant form of the Quran nonetheless won't be in a position to be translated and those expressions and metaphors are no longer rather translated the two for a non-Arab. Your easily meant to be examining the historic previous and hadiths alongside with the Quran, else you will understand little or no besides.

You wear a hair cover and isdal for respect.
BUT, my sister was a Muslim and a member of the Woman's Islamic society, in Egypt. She discovered that a lot of (many women) that she met, were Mosley only in ritual and their beliefs did not reach their eyes. That they hardly ever followed the rules and laws of the Islamic faith.
A woman must look into her heart and believe ALLAH, holds one piece of your hair, all the time.
We might wear western clothes as a professional, but we still observe prayer times and the book on my desk is the Koran. I find that many christians stop by and sometimes cannot resist to open the Koran and read. I hope they are inspired by what they read?
Without question.

Rana gave you a good answer.

It's better to do everything wudu and cover your hair in case you will touch the [Moshaf] but if you read without touch, it's more easy specially if it's not the [Moshaf]
God knows better

no, you don't have to do any of those things. there are however, different kinds of rules to read it, it's called "tajweed". but it is not required to follow these rules while reading.

Dear Daughter

Assalaamu Alaikum warahmatullah.

Following are instructions of Allahu Ta'ala in Quran e Kareem about the subject.

56:79 which none but the pure [of heart] can touch:

57:16 IS IT NOT time that the hearts of all who have attained to faith should feel humble at the remembrance of God and of all the truth that has been bestowed [on them] from on high,

Again the Great Scholar Imam Ahmad al Ghazaly rahimallah in this regard has written in his Book "Ahya ul Uloom" the following etiquettes of reading Holy Quran:. Following is my translation:
.

1. it is necessary for the reciter of Quran either to stand or sit towards Qibla and recite with full peace of mind.

2.It is being stated by Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam: Man qarul quran fi aqal min thalath lum uafqahoo. Whoever completes the recitation of Quran in less than three days, he did not understand it. Hazrat Abdullah bin Umer raziallahu anh say that he was instructed by Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam to complete recitation of Quran in one week.

3.Read the Quran slowly so as to understand it.

4.It is said by Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam; whenever you read Quran cry over it if you cannot at least try to cry over it. This is the way to attract the Blessings of Allah towards you.

5.Do your part upon recitation of each of the verse (aayah) by saying tasbeeh / tahleel Subhanallah and Allahu Akbar. Whenever the verse is about asking forgiveness, supplicate for yourself. Whenever the verse is about awards of Allah, supplicate for yourself too. If the verse is about a calamity and punishment, ask for the refuge from Allah for your sake. If the verse is about prostration, then prostrate upon reciting that verse.

6.Before starting to recite Quran; Recite the following Duah: Aoozubillahis samee ul Aleem minash shaitanir rajeemi Aoozu bika min hamazatish shayateen wa aoozubika rabbi aiyn’ yahdhuroon. When you finish recitation; recite Sadaqllahu Ta’ala wa ballagha Rasoolullahi sallallahu alaihi wasallama. Allahumma anfa’ana bihi wa barik lana fihi Alhamdulillahi Rabbil a’alameen. Wa astaghfirullahal hayyul Qayyooma.

7.Your recitation should be to the extent that at least you should be able hear it and if further increasing the volume if hurts others it should be avoided; if not it is allowed.

8.Rasool e Kareem sallallahu alaihi wasallam said: “Zayanul Qurana Bi Aswatikum” mean make your recitation of Quran a pleasing one. In another Hadeeth it is said that whoever does not recite Quran with good Lahan recitation, he is not from us. So try to recite the Quran with as much without showing off , so as to make it pleasing to hear by yourself and others.

8 (a). It is necessary that the reciter of Holy Quran should realize and keep in his mind that this holy book are the words of the Ultimate Creater of the Universe Allahu ta’ala and He as a blessing to Humanity has revealed it on the heart of our Holy Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam.

(b). One is required to have full concentration while
reciting it.

c). Keep pondering over the contents and meaning of
the holy verses, so as to avail the blessings of
Allahu Ta’ala.

(d). Your sins and wrongdoings come in the way of
understanding and obtaining the benefits of the
recitation of holy Quran. Try to nullify your sins
and wrongdoings and keep it going to avail the
benefits of recitation of Quran..

(e) . Do not simply rely on your personal wisdom and
knowledge to understand the meanings of the
Holy Quran, but keep relying on the guidance and
Blessings of Allahu Ta’ala, as Allah has said in
Holy Quran: 40:13 Wama yatazakku illa
mayn’ uneeb. but only those receive admonition
who turn (to Allah.. and also in 50:8 Tabsirataun’
wa zikra likulli abdim muneeb. To be observed
and commemorated by every devotee turning (to
Allah..
(END)

By the above instructions and guidance it is necessary that one should take optimum care and follow descipline (Adab) in whatever manner possible as you asked about covering your head to avail the maximum benefits of recitation of Holy Quran.

May Allah Bless all of the Muslims and Guide us towards the Right Path Aameen.
