Go along to keep the peace will only end up in war later, so I am understanding but I liked to work it out or figure out what the problem is now and solve it.

I will never be a yes man, but it has cost me
Thousands of £s over the years that I worked at a factory.
All the "crawlers and Yes men got all the overtime
and I was left out, but I was too proud to kick up
a Stink !!
I have ALWAYS done my job well and did things,
like working my break, but I always said what I thought.
Management like good workers, but if it is a choice, they favour a Yes man

I still have my IDENTITY and will always have that.

Depends on the circumstance. If I am watching a football game I'll agree just to keep the peace.

Never go along with things JUST to keep the peace. I think it's important to express how you feel, but do it with tact during those difficult times.

I tend to keep the peace, but if I feel something is not right then I will keep it to myself but do something about it. There is no point believing in things if you don't try to make things better.

No, my best friend told me the other day that sometimes I get crazy with my opinions and I always try to prove that I'm right... So with that new info I am working on that because everyone has a opinion and everyone is right in their own way. No since in proving everyone is wrong. I tend to argue with a wall if I must, even if the wall is right I will battle until death...

I keep the peace, but I'm not a "yes person" in the sense that I lie to my friends and tell them they're right when they're wrong.
