You sure can get pregnant from your bf.
The connection between diabetes and pregnancy is that when the woman has diabetes, it adds additional risks during the pregnancy for the mother and the baby.

There will be difficulties only if he suffers Erectile Dysfunction because of damage to blood vessels and nerves caused by Diabetes. Otherwise, there should not be any difficulty. Best wishes.

There is NO CONNECTION between his diabetes and your risk of pregnancy. None. If he tells you he can't impregnate you, he's either uninformed or lying.
He can get you pregnant. Protect yourself.

no not at all, it has no affect on fertility. My fiance has type 2 and im due on thursday, his dad has it also and well...i think its obvious that he can produce babies lol.

only if he has erectile dysfunction and it doesn't work at all, really even then they have pills for that...
