I didn't know that anyone else here said that...I have stated it on 3 or 4 occasions,in the past....Hey Beenie gave me an idea for a slightly rearranged theme song:

A horse is a horse, of course of course,
and no one can pee like a horse of course,
that is of course, unless the horse,
Is the famous Race horse, Ed!

Go right to the well and water the horse.
He'll give you the answer that you'll endorse.

If you've ever watched a horse pee... it goes on for a few minutes sometimes and leaves quite a puddle. The phrase means that you really have to go, just like "I could eat a horse" means you're really hungry.
