If you use google finance and put in the company name you can choose the date from and two for the graph to tell you what that company has done.

Go to Yahoo/finance, there you will find a lot of good resources. That is where I find out a lot about a company's stock history, news, etc.. Good Luck

GO to Yahoo news, business scroll down and put in the company's stock ID, there is a wealth of information in there. Just have to dig a little, but is easy. Used it allot when working on my bachelors degree for assignments.
