I would imagine all these groups would most respect someone who can string a sentence together in their own language.
Iranians cannot possibly represent 'middle-easterners'.
The over whelming majority of races in the middle-east are Arab...in the state of Iran, the population are over whelming Persian. A completely different race. Iranian is also a separate race and Iranians are widely spread throughout Iran, Afghanistan and Turkey.
Other than this...I can't think of any other way to answer your question.

They love Asians so much they consider them white or honorary white as a better term. Especially for Asian females that marry white men. Asian females are considered "White" so as to not give the white man guilt for dating outside ones "race" or yet a better term "status".
