deff the second one..it is so much hotter! have fun at the party! ---oh yeah...you'll look great w/your hair either down and scrunched, or hair up and have a piece of hair/long bangs coming down around your face! remember to yuse water-proof make-up! have fun

Go with the first one. You don't wanna risk the other falling down some since the straps are just around the neck and there isn't much support. Plus it looks much better.

They are both so so so cute! I just think that the olive green looks so good on brunettes,blondes, and redheads. So all and all I think you should wear the 2nd one.

depends on how old you are. the first one is cute, but the second one is a little more grown up. so i guess it depends on what look you are going for.
