How do u call someone in Texas on unknown Caller??

How do u call somone who lives in texas and you want to call them on private or unknown # ??
what do u dial ?

dial the area code and 555-1212 and ask the operator for their number. I will assume(?) you at least know their name and what city they live in. If that was what was on your caller id , there is a code number for RETURN CALL which will automatically dial the LAST number that called you..the code is *69 but will only work if you have not made any calls since that call

(star) *67 then put their number in and they wont recoginze the number it says unkown caller
