i have big hips (breasts to) but my hips and bigger than me and a slim waist
will this dress make my hips bigger :S ?

i think u are able to find a more suitable dress for u than that. it is a very cute dress and very flattering for the breast area but am not sure if it will excentuate the hips more. it hink u can get away with it by putting a belt around the wist to emphasize the slim waist.
i would choose a black or dark brown wide belt
just my opinion :)

Pear shaped [ smaller shoulders, bust,and waist; heavier hips, butt, and thighs ] women should wear dresses in flowy fabrics, empire waist, Aline skirts, wide set straps. Knee legth skirts flatter most.
Avoid clingy,or very full skirted dresses.

You might not want to wear that type of dress if you have big hips or breast that dress is for people who are smaller
i love the sheer material in that dress but it may be to low cut for you because of your breast size
try a dress thats not so low cut but fits your shape :)
