Why should she?
Bill has made many MILLIONS of dollars more than he ever could have working as a second rate lawyer.
A lawyer who doesn't even know the meanin of the word IF.
He receives those millions by giving speaches to Chinese and other Commmunist/Marxist front groups who just fall all over themselves to pay him for his services performed while he was President!

The answer is no. The reason is that Bill Clinton does not need a pardon as he was never convicted of anything. A pardon is only applicable if you were convicted or are facing potential charges. Since Bill Clinton was never convicted and the statute of limitations has run on any further charges, he does not need a pardon.
A pardon would not apply to the civil/administrative discipline that he received from the states/courts in which he was licensed to practice law. He would still need to apply to the appropriate state to be re-admitted if he ever wanted to practice law, but he could do that today if he so desired.

If I remember correctly Bill's license was suspended for a certain number of years, not indefinitely like Hillary haters would like us to believe.
And I I agree with the responder who said Bill does not need a pardon as he was never pronounced "guilty." It was just the H. of R. who thought he was guilty and their trial only went further into the Senate because the Republicans controlled the House during that time.

Why would someone give Tmess2 a thumbs-down? He simply stated facts. Sometimes I think facts are frowned upon in Yahoo! Answers.

She doesn't need to do that. He was never convicted, so has no need of a pardon.

Probably not, and she still won't be able to get him his law license back, which is the most serious consequence he was ever likely to face, anyways.
