Of course witches are real and mermaids WERE probably real but are most likely extinct now.
By the way, in the great majority of (what I consider to be) reliable mermaid sightings, their tails are described as being smooth and "dolphin-like" rather than scaly like a fish.

Witches are real. They blend in perfectly with us humans, which is really cool. "Avada Kedavra!" oh... sorry lady! I just, er, made that dog into a crisp... hot dog anyone?
Mermaids are a cross between a fish and a human! Someone had married a fish, and had a child.... they produced a mermaid! Mermaids and mermen are really cool, cause they got fins and the human torso. They, of course, for the girls, they wear shells..... no offense to anyone.

I don't know about mermaids, but I'm a witch, and I consider myself to be pretty real. I would really be bummed to find out this is all someone else's dream!!

Mermaids are not real. If they were they would have been seen now! Witches are real, but not the kind that cackles and ride broomsticks like on tv. But witches do exist!

Not sure about mermaids - but we've barely scratched the surface of the ocean. Witches are real - but are peaceful, nature-loving men and women. They are nothing like the stereotype.

There are only witches. The mermaids are in fact clumbsy witches that fall off their broomsticks into the sea.

Mermaids....well not that we know of. If you want to go out on a limb we can say there are places in the ocean we've never been. But I'd bet no.

I think mermaids were from captains, sailors having one to much to drink and visualize those seals as women with tails.
To much booze, or not enough drinking water. Way to dehydrated to have a brain functioning normally.
Witches, Yes. So much written about them and the spells.
