Will all the people that got ARMS, that wont be able to pay their mortgages choose to divorce when they declare bankrupcy and walk away from their foreclosed half million dollar 700 square foot condos?

No. Divorce rates remain amazingly stable despite any change in the economy. While they may lose their homes they still will need to share expenses for their future rental.
