call the maternity ward at your hospital and tell them, they may ask who your doc is etc, but they will have you come in (they do at mine anyway) and do a stress test on you. They hook you up to a fetal monitor for about 20-30 minutes to make sure the baby is not stressed and having problems. I had this happen too. I got nervous, she barely moved all day. Another thing they told me to do next time before calling in was to drink some juice, real juice like orange juice or cranberry etc and then lay down on your side and count movements. Cranberry juice didn't do much for our baby, but orange juice made her come alive big time and she was kicking at the monitor and everything it was funny. Laying there and hearing thump thump thump, it was like she was saying "hey get this thing off my house".
The doc on call also told me that they have it set up so that anytime a mom is worried about lack of movement etc they can go and be hooked up the monitor to ease their mind. It's better to go in for an hour or so then to be stressing over it.
Good luck!

Eating lots of leafy greens, whole grains, oysters, watermelon, and blueberries (most any fruit will work, really) will help you give your body all that it needs to improve the quality of your erections, while cutting out processed foods, cigarettes and alcohol will provide further benefits. Don't freak out like these other answerer's suggest. If you don't feel the baby move, drink a glass of milk and lay down for an hour. and after the hour you don't feel any movement then its time to see somebody. I'm sure it's nothing

Lay down on your left side! if you feel less than 10 movements in 2 hours time go to the doctors IMMEDIATELY! no joke

most kids will begin to kick less in the 7th and 8th month due to the decrease in room they have, so try this first, then talk to your doctor...

Hope everything is ok!

Call your OB's office right away. The baby should not have stopped moving alltogether. This happened to my friend's wife recently and the outcome was not good.

Nothing is going to ease your worries like a trip to the doc. Tell them that you're really concerned and you're comming in to get checked out.
