What do you think is a good person?

i believe a good person understands and looks at things through more than one perpective. a good person is caring and isnt tempermental. and a good person hasself class and dignity. what do you guys think? [:

I agree that a good person must be open minded especially in today's environment. But can't be judgemental on issues that they don't understand. A good person would research or ask questions regarding anything that they don't understand before giving advice. A good person has to be a caring, kind and ABOVE and BEYOND ALL Honest. Honesty is something very rare, in many forms, i.e., making up something instead of saying 'I don't know, let's research it' or unable to laugh at themselves. Dignity covers many aspects and by all means would be a good person. A good person smiles and tries to mend the frowns of others. A good person doesn't give up because they aren't worth your time anymore, a good person is not jealous of others nor speaks without thinking or using a sharp tongue. That kind, caring, loving, honest person is definately a GOOD PERSON!

I think a good person is one who follows the adage of doing unto others. A person who believes in caring about the emotions and well being of significant people in their lives. A person who can put their own needs to the side when a friend, lover, or family is in need. A person who can be trusted without reservation. A person who treats animals with kindness and caring. A person who does not depend on others for financial support (unless disabled) and makes no excuses for their inappropriate actions.

A good person is a human with the integrity and values that makes others want to be their friend, has earned their trust, and keeps their trust and confidences.
