I'ts my name very unique for girs but some boys are named Pilar to.

I am particular about names and I have to say I love that name. If said correctly it is a sexy name. The funny thing is that name has been used on several day/night time shows.
Two off the top of my head are:
Pilar Ortega on CBS-TV's nighttime drama, "Falcon Crest."
Pilar Lopez-Fitzgerald on NBC's "Passions"

Are you asking because it's your name or are you looking to name a baby Pilar as well?
I think it's an unique name. I've never met a Pilar before! How do you like your name? I'm not sure if it'd be easy to live with ... I do like it though.

I've never heard of it on a guy, but my Spanish text book in high school used the names Pilar and Hilario for the characters in their short stories. I've always liked it, even if it looks like the word Pillar.

How is that a girl or a guy name? Sorry i really dont like it. Ive never heard of someone called that and would feel sorry for anyone having to bare that name.... It;s not unique, its just bad.
