I have had so many experiences.
Let's start out here.
I was once a girly smart happy girl, my parents were proud of.
Then as I turned fourteen, things changed.
I found emo.
And everything went downhill from there, my parents looked at me like I was a freak! I cried at school.
And destroyed my beautiful blonde hair. (Well to me it was making it look better.)
I dyed my hair black and in the pink streaks came.
My mother was so mad she didn't talk to me alot and avoided me until one day...
My boyfriend at that time Geordie,
found out I was pregnant.
I was only sixteen! I threw a fit and almost comitted suicide.
But then I decided I was smarter then that, and that would not be fair to the child.
I told my parents, expecting them to get mad.
My dad was a smidge mad. But my mom threw her arms around me and said,
"Oh, London. I'm so sorry I was so mean to you!"
And after that our relationship reformed.
So that was a good time. (oddly)
So showing your parents that you changed alot. Is the most hard thing.
And thinking about how bad something is, and yeah...

Things that are stressful to teenagers
- Trying to get good grades
- Worrying about what other people think of you
- Awkward situations with people you like

I didn't have my first boyfriend until I was 16, and I was CONSTANTLY teased in all my years in school. So the one thing that stressed me out, was the thought that I would never get married! I know it sounds horrible, but I was a big dreamer and romantic, and honestly believed that. And math tests. I couldn't do math worth crap-oh, and there was one huge trimester-long project we had to do in our World Studies class as a senior that was worth a third of our grade!

When I was younger my biggest stress was peer pressure. Not just peer pressure, but bullying. I never got picked on to the extreme, but there was always snide little comments people would say about your physical appearance that just killed me a little inside.

That was the hardest for me. Trying to compare myself to others, when I really should only compare myself to.. well.. ME! :)

The fear of not fitting in or being accepted by peers was the biggest thing for me as a teen.

when I was a teen it was 3 things, fighting with my parents about school, worrying about the problems of my friends, and never having enough money to do anyting fun.

As an adult I have stopped fighting with my parents, but the other 2 remain, compounded by 100's of other stressors. Really teens, you have it easier than adults. But you will find this out soo enough.

As a teen, I would have to say peer pressure. We are always being pressured into doing things we don't even want to do.

Peer pressure.
Everyone wants me to go out with someone.
I just don't want to do it right now.
