That is a great page Jay found to provide in response to this question! It is an unbiased review of this Motherboard. I always search out such third party reviews before deciding on a purchase, and I know from experiance how difficult it sometimes is to find good reliable sources. If I had asked this question and been given this link in response, I most definantly would give Best Answer in thanks.

This is a great motherboard and I am wishing I had purchased it instead of the one I recently did. I am building a machine to house my Vista Ultimate Edition OS. The last item I need is a great sound card, and am thinking of going with one from Creative, Sigma Tel.

I am glad I spotted this question because it gave me a great lead on my next Motherboard purchase.

Gigabyte boards have become some of the most reliable boards (other then server board manufacturers) on the market.

So, I'd say it's a good choice, although I'm not a Intel user.

I have bought two off them and I haven't got any problem with any. Personally I recommend it specially because it has raid controller.
