As I sit here with a project stuck in the middle of construction, I can tell you if the other person had shown up on time yesterday I would have certainly finished the construction today, ill or not, so, Yes. You can call it perplex. I have some other word to say but not on here.

I hate them myself,but there is typically a good reason that I understand for them being postponed....so the answer is no...they dont perplex me....just annoy me.
