Female ejaculation (also known colloquially as squirting or gushing) refers to the expulsion of noticeable amounts of clear fluid from the paraurethral ducts and/or urethra during orgasm. The exact source of the fluid is debated, although some researchers believe it originates from the Skene's gland. Once a women while I was having sex with, discharged at any orgasm some long gush of liquid! Very exciting, indeed!

Women don't produce sperm, only men do. Women have eggs (or ova) and they only release one a month, automatically, not related to whether they masturbate.

A woman with sperm is a woman with a penis. A woman with a penis is a man. If your girlfriend has a penis or sperm, you may want to get some counseling.
