Because the lining of the uterus is tearing away, and the uterus contracts, causing pain. Taking aspirin and exercising usually banishes this pain.

Your uterus is contracting to expel the blood and mucous that has built up for a pregnancy. When there is no pregnancy, the body expels it and that is why you get pain. Contractions! Dang, we can't win for losing! Sorry, some have it worse than others.

i gave up drinking milk for another reason, and the spin off was that I don't get menstual cramps anymore! If I knew this years ago, well, I would have stopped drinking milk!!
Give your milk to Count Homogonised!

cramps is labor pains when you're not pregnant. it's the movement to expel the tissue in your uterus.

that due to Ca and Na exchange when Ca ratio increase in you muscles ...........muscles got some cramps

the lining of your womb is coming loose... your body is cramping to get rid of it.... that is what you feel.
