Just to be different from what others have already mentioned, get yourself a hoodie or two. Especially if it's a zip-up and has graphic images on the front and back (graphic as in "cool designs" and such). Those seem to be in, and would perfectly go with whatever else other people mentioned such as the jerseys and collared shirts. Go for it!

I know how you feel, sometimes I wear a long sleeve button up, than a T-shirt over top, than roll the sleeves up a bit, or a short sleeve button up, with a polo under it.

wear button down shirts with a T-shirt underneath and leave the last top three buttons undone. That look looks cute and causal with jeans.
