Someone I know had a nightmare that their ex husband and some other people were trying to kill her and her kids. Why would someone have a dream like this? It's been 2 years since they went to court and this person that there trying to hurt gained full custody because of the "other" person's actions with the kid's and the judge sided with this person there trying to hurt.
What does it mean.

Killer
To see a killer in your dream, suggests that an essential aspect of your emotions have been cut off. You feel that you are losing your identity and your individuality. Alternatively, this dream may represent purification and the healing process. You are standing up for yourself and putting a dramatic end to something.
I found this online, what exactly does that mean...

Well, the first part of the "Killer" info means simply that if the lady was the victim in her dream she may feel like she is loosing her identity. Which could happen to anyone who was married long enough to modify their identity, based on who they saw themselves as a married person, and then have to adjust because of divorce.
The later part of the "Killer" info is if the dreamer was the perpetrator. So it just gave you both views and their possible meanings.
However, if your friend is truly in danger none of the above may apply. Her subconscious may have simply added little things together and came to a conclusion for her and use her dreams to communicate the warning. I think it always best to at least consider ones dreams as something other than symbolism.
I have dreamed the event of many things, including violent deaths and had them come true. I was not the perpetrator by the way.
Tell your friend to watch her back and not sluff off this dream lightly.

Dreams don't usually mean anything buy your brain does work at all time even when you are sleeping. So what happens is it gathers different things that usually went on during your day and it turns into a dream. Maybe she saw a commercial or movie that made her have this dream. Or she has thought about it alot. Nothing to worry about, "it's just a dream"

Dreams are the way the unconscious mind deals with life. It is a function that facilitates learning, and it helps us to work through issues that we find troubling. I don't quite understand your friend's circumstances, but she is still clearly troubled and traumatized by her past experience with her ex. Whether she feels guilty or afraid or a combination of both is something that only she can answer. She is the only one who can really know what her dream meant.

its just a nightmare . it just means that the person is scared. they are scared of losing their children to him. the dream is kinda symbolic if he kills the kids in his dream then she is losing the kids to him. the same thing may happen in court.

you may think too much about ur kids. Dream is dream, real is real so nothing is real in dream. Try not to think about it too much just know what ur kids doing everyday is enough to take care of them..

i wouldnt wory about it. its probably just something that she is scared of. it can just be something that she was "thinking" about in her sleep because that is how dreams occur. i REALLY dont think its a problem. i had a dream once that this deadly snake bit me and i remember my mom telling me i was going to die. (this was in the dream). and that hasnt happened. and i am EXTREMELY afraid of snakes. i dont think you have much to worry about. its probably something that she doesnt want to happen. and im pretty sure it wont. if she is REALLY worried, she could go see someone who specializes in dreams and stuff like that. but i dont think she needs to stress over this.
