The Space is empty and how stars stay on their position?

there is no gravity in space. gravity is created by a giant object like a planet or a star, and that object wouldnt be affected by its gravity in the way your talking about. so basically its because there is no gravity to pull the star down.

They don't!
They are moving all the time, and very fast too. But the stars are SO far away that they seem to be moving in slow motion to us, so that we cannot even notice the movement without watching for hundreds of years.

All stars are actually in motion, not standing still.
The only reason the appear stationary is because of their vast distance from us; you couldn't tell by naked- eye observation that they're moving.

All the stars you can see are actually orbiting around the center of the galaxy. They are widely separated, so they don't collide.
