How could he, if I don't even know what I'll be having for breakfast tomorrow or if I'll even be alive in the morning? Furthermore, why would God want or have to know what I'll be having for breakfast tomorrow? That's like saying that God literally has to know how many hairs will be on my head ten years from now.

One point to my question is, how is it possible for anyone to know what I WILL be thinking? If one has not formed a thought yet, then how can any being "read" one's thoughts?

well in my old memories of bible study the kjv does say that god can count every hair on ones head... though i doubt he does or cares to, if we can even anthropomorphize god. because another thing i always remember god saying to some guy is, "my thoughts are not your thoughts."
so it's doubtful god is paying much attention to your breakfast, if he deals in "attention" at all. i think god, who i believe must exist in some form because i can't think of another way to explain life, is on a whole different plane of existence, and while it's said he loves, it's of some kind of love i don't know.
which is okay with me... just the fact of life is enough to meditate on, not to mention hard decisions on what to have for breakfast.

1. God knows everything. And that includes what you'll be having for breakfast tomorrow and for the rest of your life.
2. The nature of God cannot be known to those he created, so stop trying and just fall down and worship him.
3. The conceit of philosophers is that they both deny the existence of God yet try to understand his nature. Ha ha ha!
4. Philosophers need to take some Theology courses and fill the void in their thinking!

this is clearly a question of free will and predestination. it's hard to explain. it's sort of like: your running a race. you know you will finish but how you get there, how fast, what place, is up to the decisions you make. basically, God knows what will happen in the end, because he has no beginning or end, so he can see what will happen before it takes place. however, how you get there is up to you. you still have free will. this is hard to understand. i don't even understand it fully. maybe you can look it up. secondly, God does care about you. the Bible says "his eye is on the sparrow"...and"he knows the number of sand on the seashore." so how much more would he care about you? God cares about you no matter how menial a thing it might seem.

He knows everything. I know it's so hard to believe, but it's true. It's not even something that can be explained, it must be taken by faith. (and, by the way, God does know how many hairs will be on your head 10 years from now :-)

God doesn't care.
If he cared, then he will have a set of likes and dislikes, and then he would be merely the same as a normal human being that has some magical abilities!
