none other than SOURAV GANGULY.he s the most experienced captain.he s won so many matches 4 us...99.99% our nxt captain would be sourav ganguly.

India need a gutsy and young player to lead the side and I think Yuvraj Singh is a perfect choice for the job. Yuvraj is a consistent performer and a team man who is always involved in the game. I believe seniors also respect him and though he is not experienced in captaincy but he will definitely learn with the passage of time.

When the senior players are in the team it will be always better to select a senior player like Saurav ganguly to lead the team and appoint Dhoni as vice captain, so that he can get proper exposure to take over captaincy by the time seniors will be retiring. A younger captain will find it difficult to handle the players who are more senior to him.

It is very difficult to predict at this stage as no one knows who all are will be in the Indian Team when dravid retires from the captaincy or when the captain is changed.

I think Dravid should be persuaded to continue for one more year.
Thereafter or if dravid persists with his decision Yuvraj Singh.Dhoni can wait for some more time..

india should try some bowler, Long time they haven't given chance to any bowler to command indian side, Irfan Pathan is good choice.
