When did Jubilation become a state?

And the fifty first state of tohe union is Jubilation.

I haven't had much to celebrate as of late so it was probably five years ago or more.
My mind fails.
It gave me an F- for lousy penmanship.
It is a computer and still it failed me.
Lousy mind.
I'll say it was Thursday when the people I wanted in the finals of Big Brother US won.

last night and the day before and so on... my life is lived in pure jubilation... i do not jest..! take for example last night, (poker night) i and everyone else was laughing so hard it hurt and we were crying.... that is how i like life to be... good question!
