There was an ID card that had David Smith & Associates Legal Practitioners, Advocates & Notary Public dated for December 2005 and the number on the id card was No.0001 under his name it said he was a principal partner the address was 33 Bedford Row London, WC1R4JH, England

there was also two numbers for him the first was tel: [phone] and a fax number 44 709-288-1195

Scam
A phone number which starts 447 is a mobile (cell) phone. No company would put this as their main contact and would never have one as their fax number.
Don't send them any money or give out any personal details especially your bank account.
