Be the best man, then! Obviously one or both of them cares about you and respects you enough to honor you with the position...if you feel same about then, then accept the position graciously and fulfill your duties with love.

Well if I was you I would be there for them. If they asked you to be their best man it means that they think highly of you. So why disappoint them? Do you care for them? Are they friends of yours? Why are you having second thoughts. Go ahead man, be with them, they probably will need your support. Don't let them down. Have a good time.
