it vary from person to person a bollywood actress may be pretty or maybe not. Same in the case of hollywood actresses

Let's say, the best of either world, is a good match for the other! So, it's a tie! In indian settings, the H' best may not shine, may not be able to outdo the B' ! On the other hand, in western settings, the B' best may on a good day, against a good theme background, stand out, may come out as really good even in 'away-from-home' performance: the B' best is very adaptable, not so much the H' best! So, in sum, B' has an edge over H' : after all, appearance is a function of overall personality, best is best, appearance and all!
