Ice age or stone age???
explanation plz.....

The Ice Age existed millions of years ago, when the world was covered with ice. This was well before humans existed on the planet.
The Stone Age started when humans first started using basic tools, and lasted until the agricultural age (when humans turned from hunters/gatherers to farming). This period of history gets its name, because most tools that have been preserved until today were made of stone (tools made of bone or wood probably also existed but weren't preserved).
The Stone Age was thousands of years ago. The Ice Age was millions of years ago. So, the Ice Age came first.

Ice age is more of a geological term and there were many ice ages. The stone age overlapped several ice ages. The stone age is an old term for when cave men used stone tools. However, the "cave men" were various species of early man ranging from creatures like homo erectus to modern man if you want to use the stone tool criteria. The first proficient stone tools were made by homo erectus about 2 million years ago. Remember that Europe may have been icy, but Africa and Southern Asia were hopping with our ancestors!
One report listed the first ice age occurring BILLIONS of years ago, so an ice age definitely came first!

Well, there were many, many ice ages, but all of them came before the Stone Age, of which there was only one. The last ice age ended about 10,000 years ago, shortly after which human civilization really started to get off the ground...

Gods age, how ever he wanted it, thats how it came, only he knows, our scientists surely don't, they very seldom agree on anything.
