Sounds like a rather racist and ignorant question. You probably aren't even interested in any answers.

If I were to take you seriously, however, I would challenge your assumption. The American gangs that engage in drive-by shootings are really just mimicking the actions of the mafia and organized crime gangs from decades earlier. As for their effectiveness, they hit their target about 1% of the time.

I think the drive-by shootings in the Middle East are more effective.

No, they haven't 'perfected' the drive by shooting given the number of innocent people they accidentally kill while shooting at their punk buddies.

So how come the police cannot stop or deter drive by shootings?

They were the first to use guns in wars.

Europeans went around the world killing people with guns.
